Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For consumer purchases made online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a person you nominate, receive the final item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within the withdrawal period by email at polera@brightfinish.eu. Please include your name and order number.

RETURNS

After you notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is free.

REFUNDS

We will process refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law after we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at polera@brightfinish.eu so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

CANCELLATION BEFORE FULFILMENT

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at polera@brightfinish.eu. Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.
