Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Available delivery methods and the applicable delivery charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available when the value of eligible products in your order is SEK 1,200 or more after any applicable product discounts. The available delivery methods can vary by destination and order.

SWEDEN

DHL ServicePoint is normally offered for consumer deliveries. DHL Paket address delivery may also be offered, particularly for business deliveries. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.

DENMARK AND FINLAND

Available DHL delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

NORWAY

A DHL documentation service charge applies to deliveries to Norway and is displayed separately at checkout. Norwegian import VAT, customs duty, and any other import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER HANDLING AND DELIVERY

We process orders as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery timing depends on stock availability, destination, carrier service, and circumstances outside our control.
